First, it's too many chores at home, then too many busy projects at work. Next, it's too little time in a day to squeeze in a short work-out routine and then there's that dreaded habit of eating on the run, which most times only aids in the piling up of those excess, unwanted weight. A day of untracked habits lead to a week, a month, a year, a decade, and you wonder how it happened overnight!

We want to ensure that all the hard work, focus, commitment pays off for a longer sustained weight loss. So, absolutely no pressure to look like a slim 40kg celebrity overnight because it's only the recipe for failure.
